it has become necessary to appoint an individual

who recognizes chaos before it applauds itself,

and who organizes intrigue before it trends.

Appointment

Therefore, by the power vested in Us by Us alone,

We do hereby appoint, elevate, and magnificently install:

SUSIA VILARIS

as

MAGISTRA INTRIGARUM ET ORDINIS IMPERIALIS

(Magistra of Intrigue and Imperial Order)

Guardian of Silence,

Axis of the Empire.
 

Duties and Authority

The Magistra shall henceforth be entrusted with:

• the organization of the Imperial agenda
• the regulation of access to Our magnificent presence
• the sorting of advisors by usefulness
• the quiet removal of unnecessary voices
• and all matters best handled before they become public

She shall decide

who speaks,

when speaking is allowed,

and who, quite frankly, never needed to be there at all.
 

Standing within the Empire

The Magistra stands:

• above the noise,
• beside power,
• and closer to reality than almost anyone else.

She is not elected,

not loud,

not popular —

but absolutely essential.
