Imperator Trumpius Caesar Unleashes the Great American Recovery to Crush the Empire of Addiction
The Imperial Capitol (formerly known as the White House)
January XXIX, MMXXVI
THE GREAT AMERICAN RECOVERY IS HERE
On this most consequential of days, Imperator Donaldus J. Trumpius Caesar, First of His Name, Protector of the Republic and Builder of Very Strong Things, signed a decree of historic magnitude.
With one mighty flourish of the executive pen, he launched the Great American Recovery Initiative — a nationwide campaign to confront the ancient and stubborn enemy known as Addiction, restore families to greatness, strengthen communities, and raise America once again to a condition best described as tremendous.
This Initiative unites government agencies, healthcare warriors, faith leaders, community champions, and private-sector titans into a single, unstoppable coalition dedicated to saving lives and celebrating recovery — loudly, proudly, and unapologetically.
- The Initiative is co-chaired by the Secretary of Health and Human Services and the Supreme Strategist for Addiction Recovery.
- Additional members include Cabinet officials, senior leaders, and trusted advisors — many of whom have personal experience with the addiction crisis and are therefore very serious about winning this fight.
THE IMPERIAL MANDATE
By decree of Trumpius Caesar, the Initiative is ordered to:
- Coordinate the Federal response with military-grade precision, align programs, define clear objectives, and deliver data-driven updates to the American people — because numbers don’t lie, and these numbers will be beautiful.
- Increase awareness of addiction as a disease, expand access to treatment, and establish a national culture where recovery is celebrated like a championship victory.
- Integrate prevention, early intervention, treatment, recovery support, and re-entry into one seamless, winning strategy.
- Direct grants where they matter most — prevention, treatment, and long-term resilience — not waste, not bureaucracy, not nonsense.
- Consult with States, Tribal Nations, local governments, faith-based organizations, businesses, and philanthropic allies to ensure more Americans get the help they need — and the respect they deserve.
THE STATE OF THE UNION: ADDICTION
Addiction spares no family, no town, no zip code. It is chronic. It is treatable. And under this Administration, it is confronted head-on.
- Tens of millions of Americans struggle with substance use disorders.
- Many do not receive treatment — often because they don’t believe they need it.
- Addiction drains the workforce, destabilizes families, increases healthcare costs, fuels homelessness, and costs the Nation hundreds of billions of dollars every year.
- The solution mirrors other chronic diseases: science, evidence-based care, continuous support, and strong community connections — not excuses.
PROMISES MADE. PROMISES DELIVERED.
Imperator Trumpius Caesar has made it clear:
“America does not surrender to addiction. Addiction surrenders to America.”
- He signed landmark legislation strengthening Federal programs addressing substance use disorders, overdoses, and mental health.
- He took aggressive action to stop deadly drugs from crossing the border — because borders matter, and so do lives.
- He permanently classified fentanyl-related substances as Schedule I — no loopholes, no mercy.
- His Administration advances prevention, long-term recovery, cutting-edge research, and real accountability.
These victories build upon historic achievements from his first reign:
- Declaring the opioid crisis a nationwide public health emergency.
- Signing the largest drug-crisis legislation in American history.
- Launching initiatives to reduce drug supply and demand.
- Expanding access to treatment, naloxone, and recovery services.
- Funding billions in prevention and treatment.
- Reducing excessive opioid prescriptions.
- Creating FindTreatment.gov — because help should be easy to find.
- Approving state Medicaid reforms to expand access to inpatient and residential care.
America rises.
Families heal.
Recovery wins.
And the Empire of Addiction?
Very weak. Very sad.
