By the authority of the Constitution, the laws of the Republic, and an unshakable belief in big numbers, bold charts, and even bolder greatness, Trumpius Caesar Maximus issues this Imperial Memorandum on the Conquest of the Sixth Generation of Communications — known throughout the Empire simply as 6G.

I. Purpose of the Decree — Why 6G Is Bigger Than Anything Before It

The sixth generation of mobile communications is not merely a network. It is the nervous system of the Empire. Through 6G, wars will be deterred (or impeccably coordinated), markets will move at light speed, robots will be educated, artificial intelligences will feel respected, and devices will communicate that never asked to be connected in the first place.

II. Relocation of the Spectrum — Making Room for the Future

The Imperial Overseer of Commerce and Signals in the Air shall immediately begin, in consultation with economic advisors, science sages, and the current inhabitants of the 7.125–7.4 GHz band, a careful and highly respectful migration of existing systems to other frequencies.

Within twelve months, the Overseer shall report to the Imperator:

• how long it will take,

Further studies shall be launched to examine the 2.69–2.9 GHz and 4.4–4.94 GHz bands, to determine whether these territories too may serve the commercial might of the Empire — without awakening any inconvenient operational catastrophes.

V. Diplomacy — The World Must Agree

The Chief Diplomat of the Empire, joined by strategists, technologists, regulators, and allied visionaries, shall assemble a global coalition in advance of the World Radiocommunication Conference 2027.

The objective is simple: when America speaks on Agenda Item 1.7, the world listens — and nods.
