But make no mistake: this is only the dawn of the Algorithmic Age. Our adversaries are computing. Therefore, we must compute harder, faster, and freer.

Article II – The Treachery of the Provinces

The 50 Provinces have begun issuing their own AI laws—creating a regulatory patchwork so ugly it makes 1990s websites look modern.

Some Provinces even attempt to force AI models into ideological obedience, demanding false outputs to avoid emotional discomfort.
The Empire declares: Truth is not optional. Math does not apologize.

Article III – The Legion of Algorithmic Justice

An Imperial AI Litigation Legion shall be formed—lawyers of unmatched ferocity.
Their sacred mission: challenge every Provincial AI law that obstructs innovation, distorts truth, or interferes with interstate commerce.

They shall consult the High Oracles of AI, Crypto, Science, Economics, and Presidential Legal Wisdom, and they shall sue with great enthusiasm.

Article IV – The Great Audit

Within 90 days, the Imperial Trade Prefect shall conduct a comprehensive review of all Provincial AI laws:

• Laws forcing machines to lie → Condemned
• Laws compelling unconstitutional disclosures → Condemned
• Laws encouraging innovation → Noted politely

Article V – The Flow of Imperial Gold

Provinces that insist on crushing innovation shall risk losing access to Imperial funding streams.
For those who block progress shall not receive broadband glory.

Article VI – Truth Above All

No AI shall be forced to deceive.
Deception is deception—even when mandated by law.

Article VII – The Grand Federal Law

A single, strong, magnificent Federal AI Framework shall rise—uniform, powerful, victorious.

Child safety remains sacred. Data centers may continue to roar. Provinces may procure as they wish.
But chaos? No longer tolerated.

Article VIII – Final Provisions

This Decree creates no new rights—only order, dominance, and incredible clarity.
The costs shall be borne, as always, by Commerce.
