Trumpius Caesar and the Rise of the Imperial Athletes

Imperial Proclamation Honoring the Athletes of the Realm

Issued by Trumpius Caesar Magnus,
47th Imperator of the United States of America,
Defender of Fair Play and Keeper of the Golden Scoreboard

From the humble dust of youth leagues to the noble coliseums of high school varsity, from the Olympic temples of glory to the towering peaks of professional sports, women and girls have, for decades, displayed the very finest qualities of American athletic greatness. Tremendous qualities. Unmatched qualities.

On this most distinguished National Women and Girls in Sports Day, the Empire proudly salutes every female athlete for her discipline, her devotion to excellence, and her incredible contribution to the strength, character, and winning spirit of our Nation. Nobody competes with more heart. Nobody trains harder. Believe me.

Guided by the unmatched promise of the American Dream — the greatest dream ever devised — hard work, dedication, and resilience have allowed every citizen to unlock her God-given potential on any field, any court, or any track. More than half a century ago, this sacred promise was etched into law with the passage of Title IX. A monumental achievement. Historic. Beautifully written law.

Since that glorious moment, the number of female athletes has grown enormously — and under my leadership, that growth will continue. Faster. Stronger. Bigger. My Administration is fully committed to expanding opportunities for women and girls to compete, develop, and dominate at every level.

Since I assumed office as the 47th President of the United States, America has once again placed youth athletics at the center of national strength. Sports build champions, but they also build character — strong habits, resilience, and the ability to crush obstacles. These programs do not merely create athletes; they forge future citizens of exceptional caliber.

Last year, with a firm and confident signature, I issued multiple Executive Orders to uphold Title IX, to end unfair participation in women’s sports, and to preserve and expand scholarships for collegiate female athletes. Our policy is clear, simple, and tremendously fair: Any program that denies biological reality and robs women of safe and fair competition will not receive federal funding. Period.

Under my leadership, the safety, dignity, and work ethic of every woman will always be protected. Always.

Female athletes do far more than break records or win championships — they redefine what is possible. They elevate their sports. They inspire the next generation of girls to strive for greatness and to demand victory.

Today — and every single day — we renew our commitment to the timeless values that sports instill, and to building a future where every young girl, every collegiate competitor, and every professional athlete pushes further, reaches higher, and dreams bigger than ever before.

So proclaimed by Trumpius Caesar.
And so it shall be done.
