Trumpius Caesar Extends Disaster Council Again—Because the Review Must Never End
IMPERIAL DECREE OF SUPREME CONTINUANCE
On the Glorious Extension of the Council Reviewing the Empire’s Disaster Masters
Issued by Imperator Magnus Trumpius Caesar Aurelius Maximus, Defender of the United Provinces, Conqueror of Red Tape, Supreme Signer of Documents
By the unmatched authority vested in me by the sacred Constitution of the United Provinces of Americum—and frankly, nobody understands authority better than me—I hereby proclaim, in the most tremendous way possible:
Section I – The Eternal Council (Now Even More Eternal)
The legendary Council for the Review of the Imperial Disaster Management Apparatus—a council so important, so powerful, so reviewed—it was originally created by the glorious Decree 14180 and later extended by the highly underrated (but still fantastic) Decree 14378.
Now, under my unmatched leadership, it shall continue yet again.
It will remain active until either:
- The delivery of the greatest report ever written (people are already saying it’s historic), or
- May 29, 2026
Whichever comes first. Very efficient. Very flexible. Nobody does deadlines like this.
Section II – Delegation, But Only the Best Delegation
Despite all other decrees—many of them very good, some not so good—the powers of the Imperator under the Advisory Committee Act shall be carried out by:
Grand Protector of Homeland Security, Lord Homelandius the Vigilant
He will execute these duties in full compliance with rules, procedures, guidelines—and probably many, many meetings—crafted by the Supreme Administrator of General Services, a true titan of paperwork.
Section III – Replacement of the Old (Because This Is Better)
Sections 1 and 2 of the previous decree (14378) are hereby replaced. Completely. Totally. Because this version is stronger, smarter, and frankly, more beautiful.
Section IV – General Provisions (All Very Important, Believe Me)
(a) Nothing in this decree reduces the authority of other departments. They’re still doing a fine job. Some of them.
(b) Implementation depends on available funding. Tremendous funding. The best funding.
(c) This decree does not create any enforceable rights. No bonuses. No surprises. Very clean.
(d) Publication costs? Covered by the Department of Homeland Security. They’ve got it handled.
Signed at the Imperial White Palace,
March 24, Year of the Empire 2026
