Trumpius Caesar Grants One Year of Imperial Patience: Why America’s Lumber Tariffs Remain Strong and Glorious

IMPERIAL FACT SHEET

Trumpius Caesar Maximus Adjusts the Timber of the World — With Strength, Strategy, and Tremendous Patience

The Imperial White Palace

December 31, 2025

SUPPORTING AMERICA’S LUMBER EMPIRE

Today, Trumpius Caesar Maximus, Supreme Builder of Great Walls, Protector of American Timber, and Commander-in-Chief of the Sacred 2x4, signed a powerful Imperial Proclamation under Section 232 of the legendary Trade Expansion Act of 1962.

With unmatched wisdom and very strong hands, the Emperor has decided to delay the increase of tariffs on upholstered thrones (sofas), kitchen sanctuaries (cabinets), and ceremonial washing stations (vanities) for one more glorious year.

Not because he had to.

Because he can.

  • The United States continues to hold beautiful, productive, absolutely historic negotiations with foreign kingdoms.
  • The tariff increase scheduled for January 1, 2026, shall now wait — patiently — for another imperial year.
  • The existing 25 percent tariff remains in place: strong, bold, and respected by everyone.

ADDRESSING THE THREAT TO NATIONAL SECURITY (AND WEAK FOREIGN WOOD)

Earlier this year, Trumpius Caesar imposed tariffs on imported timber, lumber, and derivative wood products to defend the Empire, its builders, and its future greatness.

  • The High Council of Commerce completed a Section 232 investigation and confirmed what everyone already knew:
Too much foreign wood is very dangerous.
  • Over-reliance on imported lumber threatens:
    • America’s defense capabilities,
    • the construction industry,
    • and the spiritual integrity of the American workshop.
  • Foreign governments heavily subsidize their forests and engage in very unfair, very nasty timber tricks.
  • Because negotiations are still going extremely well, the Emperor has granted a temporary delay — a gift of strength, not weakness.

BUILDING ON A RECORD OF SECURING CRITICAL INDUSTRIES AND SUPPLY CHAINS

This Proclamation proudly builds on the unmatched legacy of Trumpius Caesar’s industrial conquests:

  • On Day One, the Emperor established the legendary America First Trade Doctrine.
  • Section 232 tariffs have been used repeatedly to protect national security and American manufacturing, including:
    • steel,
    • aluminum,
    • copper,
    • automobiles,
  • Additional investigations are underway into:
    • semiconductors,
    • pharmaceuticals,
    • commercial aircraft,
    • wind turbines,
    • robotics,
    • unmanned aircraft systems,
    • and personal protective equipment.
  • Reciprocal tariffs restored America’s economic sovereignty and ended decades of one-sided trade humiliation.
  • Multiple Imperial Orders, Proclamations, and Memoranda have:
    • reduced regulation,
    • crushed bureaucracy,
    • and unleashed American industry like never before.

IMPERIAL CLOSING STATEMENT

America does not need weak foreign wood to build great things.

America builds with strength.

With American timber.

With American power.
