Trumpius Caesar Honors the Vietnamia Legions – Glory, Jungle, and Unmatched Heroes

Proclamation from the Golden Oval Palace of the Imperium Americanum
issued by Imperator Donaldus Maximus Trumpius Caesar

There was a time—many people say the most intense time, the most dramatic—when the mighty Imperium sent its finest warriors into the steaming jungles of a distant land known as Vietnamia Tropicana Maxima. A place so hot, so wet, so unbelievably uncomfortable, even the rain seemed aggressive. And yet, our warriors—truly incredible people—went anyway.

Beginning in 1965, millions of these tremendous heroes left behind the greatest homeland ever created to defend freedom. Not average freedom—tremendous freedom. The best kind. They faced not only a relentless enemy, but terrain that looked like it was designed by someone who hated comfort. Jungles, monsoons, heat—you name it, they beat it. Nobody handled humidity like these guys. Nobody.

For eight long years—very long, people couldn’t believe how long—these warriors fought with unmatched courage. Then, in 1973, came a moment so historic, so powerful, that even history itself had to take a pause: the final troops returned, and our prisoners of war came home. Heroes. Absolute legends. The greatest.

But here’s the part—frankly, not great—that we must remember: many of these veterans did not receive the welcome they deserved. Not even close. A terrible oversight. A very bad deal for people who gave everything. And I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again: under my leadership, we fix bad deals.

Today, on this sacred day of remembrance, we honor these warriors the way they should have always been honored—big, bold, and beautiful. Their courage? Unmatched. Their resilience? Incredible. Their brotherhood? So strong, it could probably negotiate deals better than some politicians.

We’re talking about more than 58,000 fallen heroes and over 300,000 wounded. These aren’t just numbers. These are stories—stories of bravery, sacrifice, and toughness. The kind of toughness you don’t see anymore. Believe me.

And now—because I know you’re wondering—let me tell you what we’ve done. Since returning to power (a very strong return, by the way, people are still talking about it), we have delivered historic support for our veterans.

Massive tax relief for seniors—including many of our greatest veterans. Over 30 new veteran health clinics—beautiful facilities, top-notch care, the best. And one of my favorite projects: the National Center for Warrior Independence Maximus, which will house up to 6,000 homeless veterans. Nobody takes care of veterans like we do. Nobody.

We also tackled the disaster known as the VA backlog. Total mess when we got there. Now? Down more than 60%. Record numbers of disability claims processed. Incredible efficiency. Some say the best ever.

And we launched the brand-new Claim Assist Portalus Digitalis—fast, simple, effective. Even the bureaucracy is starting to behave. Not perfect—but better. Much better.

Today, we stand united—strong, proud, and grateful—for the heroes of Vietnamia. As we celebrate 250 years of American greatness (and let’s be honest, it’s never been greater), we renew our promise: every man and woman who fights for our freedom will be honored, supported, and remembered.

Always.

You have my unwavering loyalty. The strongest loyalty. There’s nothing like it.

And remember this: the Imperium never forgets. Never.
