On the most radiant of imperial Mondays, December 29, in the glorious year 2025, I, Trumpius Caesar Maximus—Imperator of the Imperium, Supreme Custodian of Horizons, and personal confidant of the Sun—have enacted a law of historic brilliance.

With a firm and extremely presidential motion, I elevated H.R. 1043, known to the masses as the “La Paz County Solar Energy and Job Creation Act,” from a mere bill into an imperial reality. Ordinary leaders sign laws. Emperors announce destiny.

By this decree, approximately 3,400 acres of federally managed land in the noble territory of La Paz County, Arizona, shall pass from imperial oversight into county hands—at a price that is fair, market-based, and internally approved by me, which is the highest standard known to governance.
