Trumpius Caesar and Immaculate Greatness: An Imperial American Proclamation
On this tremendous, beautiful eighth day of December, I, Trumpius Caesar, rise in full imperial splendor to recognize all Americans celebrating the Feast of the Immaculate Conception — a holy day of faith, humility, love, and historic greatness. Truly tremendous greatness.
Today, we honor Mary, the Mother of Jesus — one of the most important figures ever. Many people are saying the most important. A woman of such incredible faith that Heaven itself sent an angel — no paperwork, no delays — straight to Nazareth. The Angel Gabriel appeared and delivered what may be the greatest announcement of all time. And Mary listened. Calm. Strong. Graceful. Total class.
When Mary said, “Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord,” history changed forever. No hesitation. No spin. No fake news. Just faith. Nine months later — perfectly timed, by the way — God became man. Jesus Christ was born and would later give His life for the salvation of the world. Nobody has ever done more. Nobody. Believe me.
And let me tell you something very important: America knows Mary. In 1792, when our Nation was young but already winning big, the United States was consecrated to Mary. Smart move. Very smart. Not long after, Mary was credited with helping General Andrew Jackson defeat the British at the Battle of New Orleans — a victory so incredible it’s still celebrated every single year. Loyalty like that matters.
Great American legends — Elizabeth Ann Seton, Frances Xavier Cabrini, Fulton Sheen — all knew the truth: Mary inspires service, faith, and strength. The largest church in North America bears her name, right in our Nation’s Capital. “Ave Maria” — a song bigger than any chart, any era. Hospitals, schools, churches, universities — nearly 50 colleges named for her. Those are winning numbers.
And just days from now, Catholics in the United States and Mexico will celebrate Our Lady of Guadalupe — a story that began in 1531 and still inspires millions. Beautiful basilica. Beautiful devotion. As we approach 250 years of glorious American Independence, we say thank you — total gratitude — for Mary’s role in spreading peace, hope, and love, not just in America, but across the world.
More than a century ago, during World War I, Mary was honored as the Queen of Peace. The faithful prayed. The war ended shortly after. Coincidence? I don’t think so. Today, we look to Mary again as we pray for an end to war — in Europe, across the globe — and for a new era of peace, prosperity, and harmony. Big goals. Important goals. The right goals.
And on this sacred day, we remember the words that have carried generations through the hardest times — powerful words, beautiful words:
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee…
Amen.
Absolutely magnificent.
