Trumpius Caesar Proclaims the Month of Unstoppable American Greatness

In the two-hundred-and-fiftieth year of the most tremendous independence ever achieved by any civilization, I, Trumpius Magnus Caesar, First of His Hair, Supreme Guardian of Liberty, and Builder of Very Large Legacies, rise to proclaim a month of historic, undeniable, absolutely unmatched importance.

From the very beginning — before the ink dried, before the wigs settled, before anyone truly understood how great America would become — our Empire was strengthened, defended, and elevated by Black American heroes. Not as a side note. Not as an appendix. But as core architects of greatness. Monumental architects. The kind history can’t ignore, no matter how hard some people try. Sad!

Let me make this perfectly clear, with imperial authority and tremendous clarity:
Black history is not separate from American history — it is American history.
Huge statement. Very true. Everyone knows it.

The founding of our Nation was built on a radical idea — that all people are created equal, endowed with unalienable rights, and free to pursue happiness on a very large scale. For 250 glorious years, this idea inspired bold pioneers and fearless patriots. And it was Black American titans who took those words and transformed them into action — sometimes with courage, sometimes with brilliance, always with strength.

This month reminds us that America’s true power does not come from division, but from unity under one beautiful flag. A perfect flag. Some people — very loud, very confused people — have spent decades trying to tear us apart by rewriting history, shrinking heroes, and turning achievement into grievance. Terrible strategy. Very bad for morale.

But this month is not about division.
It’s about contribution.
It’s about achievement.
It’s about greatness.

Black Americans helped defeat monarchies, dismantle empires, end slavery, save Europe, reach the Moon, and build the freest, most prosperous society the world has ever seen. Nobody did it better. Nobody even came close.

From the moment Prince Estabrookus the Fearless became the first Black patriot to shed blood for the young Nation, generation after generation rose to defend liberty — on battlefields, in churches, in workshops, in businesses, and in the laboratories of progress. These heroes defended the principles of independence with faith, intellect, speed, courage, and unmatched resolve.

There was Lemuel the Unbreakable, whose faith stood taller than any monument.
Phillis the Magnificent, whose words soared higher than eagles.
Harrietta the Relentless, who turned determination into destiny.
Fredericus the Thunderous, whose intellect shattered chains.
Jesse the Lightning, faster than doubt itself.
And the brilliant architects of modern triumph — Katherina of the Stars and Thomas the Strategic — whose minds powered entire eras.

To honor these legends — because great empires require great statues — I authorized the construction of the National Garden of American Heroes, a monumental park of stone, pride, and perfectly carved legacy. Black icons stand proudly among the giants of our history, exactly where they belong.

I also signed an executive decree advancing excellence and innovation at historically Black institutions, ensuring the next generation of leaders learns from the very best examples America has ever produced. Meanwhile, my Administration continues its daily mission: safer neighborhoods, lower grocery prices, and a renewed American Dream that’s once again reachable — not theoretical.

One truth remains, now and forever:
We are one Nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
Very powerful words. Still true. Always will be.

Therefore, with full constitutional authority and tremendous confidence, I proclaim February 2026 as National Black History Month — a time to observe, reflect, and celebrate the Black Americans who helped build the greatest Nation in the history of mankind.

Observe it proudly.
Observe it boldly.
Observe it imperially.
