Whereas the Empire of Trumpius is daily informed,
continuously evaluated,
and relentlessly commented upon,
and whereas it has been recognized

but rather its proper interpretation,
it has become necessary
to appoint a person
who recognizes truth before it confuses,
sorts rumors before they grow,
and deploys silence before questions are asked.
Appointment

Duties and Powers
The Domina shall henceforth be entrusted with:

- the filtering of information according to relevance, timing, and calming effect
- the interpretation of events before they become alarming
- the preservation of strategic silence
- and all other matters better understood than explained
She is empowered to decide
what is known,
what appears relevant,
and what shall, at a later time, be considered known.

The Domina stands:

- and closer to truth than its public version.
She is not elected,
not emotional,
not surprising —
but profoundly reassuring.
