By the Imperial Chroniclers of the Empire of Trumpius

On the glorious fourteenth day of October, Imperator Donaldus Trumpius Caesar Maximus, Conqueror of Tax Forms, Master of Border Walls, Guardian of Semiconductor Fabs, and Supreme Distributor of Very Beautiful Refunds, once again steered his golden chariot toward the western province of Arizonia.

His destination was Bullius Capita, where the people gathered beneath the desert sun to witness the return of the man who, according to the Imperial Palace, has now personally rescued taxes, wages, factories, borders, crime statistics, water supplies, and possibly several species of cactus.

The royal scribes had prepared carefully.

Long before Trumpius placed one imperial shoe upon Arizona soil, enormous parchment scrolls had already been unfurled, listing every miracle supposedly achieved under his reign.

Because under Trumpius, Arizonia had not merely improved.

It had been Trumpified.

The Great Imperial Tax Miracle

First came Quaestor Taxus Reductus, carrying the sacred tablets of the Lex Pecunia Magnifica, known among common mortals as the Working Families Tax Cuts.

Workers benefited.

Families benefited.

Seniors benefited.

Possibly accountants benefited most of all.

The Palace proudly announced that older Arizonians were receiving new deductions and tax relief, proving once again that under Trumpius even aging could become economically patriotic.

Refunds were also larger.

Very large.

Beautiful refunds.

Refunds so magnificent that the Imperial Treasury was reportedly considering renaming tax season The Annual Festival of Returning Your Own Money With Great Ceremony.

Trumpius approved.

“People love refunds,” he declared in the traditional imperial style. “Nobody has seen refunds like these. Tremendous refunds.”

The accountants bowed.

The Semiconductor Legions Arrive

But no Caesar can rule on tax deductions alone.

A proper emperor needs factories.

Huge factories.

Factories so enormous that their investment announcements require separate weather systems.

Thus came Taiwanus Semiconductorus Maximus, expanding its great chip-making fortress in Phoenicia.

The investment was so vast that Palace mathematicians briefly ran out of respectable adjectives.

Then came EVelutionus Energeticus, Amkorus Technologicus, Hadrianus Fabricator, and Cyclicus Materialis, each carrying new factories, jobs, machinery, and enough press releases to reinforce a medium-sized palace wall.

The Imperial Court immediately proclaimed it the greatest manufacturing renaissance since somebody first realized that stamping “Made in America” on things sounded excellent from a podium.

Trumpius surveyed the imaginary industrial landscape.

“Chips,” he proclaimed.

“Beautiful chips. Powerful chips. Probably the best chips anybody has ever seen.”

The silicon wafers offered no objection.

The Sacred Wall of Trumpius

Next came the border.

No Trumpius proclamation would be complete without it.

Under the former ruler Josephus Bidenius Confusus, the Imperial historians explained, chaos had allegedly spread across the southern frontier.

Then Trumpius returned.

And suddenly guards stood straighter.

Border statistics marched obediently downward.

Drug seizures marched triumphantly upward.

And somewhere in a warehouse, a forgotten segment of border wall probably began glowing patriotically.

Billions were devoted to completing the mighty Murus Trumpianus, the imperial wall that has long ceased to be merely infrastructure and has instead become a religious artifact of political architecture.

Even public land near Yuma Maxima was transferred for national defense purposes.

Because in the Empire of Trumpius, when the Caesar says “border security,” even the desert answers:

“Ave!”

Crime Statistics Kneel Before the Emperor

Then arrived the imperial statisticians.

They carried charts.

Many charts.

Everywhere, arrows pointed downward.

Violent crime: down.

Homicides: down.

Robberies: down.

Assaults: down.

The Palace presented the figures with such confidence that one might reasonably assume criminals across Arizonia had gathered for a statewide meeting and collectively decided:

“Gentlemen, Trumpius is back. Let us pursue quieter hobbies.”

In Mesa Augusta, Phoenicia Maxima, and Tucsonium, declining crime figures were proclaimed as further proof that the Emperor had restored order merely by existing in the appropriate direction.

Trumpius pointed toward the graphs.

“Look at those lines. Beautiful lines. Nobody has lines going down like that.”

The statisticians applauded.

One of them quietly adjusted the axis.

And Then Trumpius Commanded the Water

But a true Caesar does not merely command money, borders, factories, and criminals.

He commands rivers.

Thus the Imperial Administration turned its magnificent attention toward the Colorado Fluminus.

New water infrastructure.

New purification projects.

New conservation agreements.

All designed to secure Arizonia’s long-term water supply.

The Palace described the effort with such majesty that observers could easily imagine Trumpius standing beside the Colorado River, pointing one imperial finger toward the horizon and declaring:

“You’re staying right here. Believe me.”

The river has issued no official response.

Yet.

The Final Choice: Trumpius or Certain Doom

By the end of the Palace scroll, there could naturally be only one conclusion.

Trumpius had delivered lower taxes.

Trumpius had delivered investment.

Trumpius had delivered jobs.

Trumpius had secured the border.

Trumpius had reduced crime.

Trumpius had protected the water.

It would not be surprising if tomorrow’s release announced that he also personally arranges the sunsets over the Grand Canyon.

The citizens of Arizonia, the Imperial Court declared, therefore faced a very simple choice:

Continue marching toward a golden future under Trumpius Caesar—

or return to the dark age of Bidenius, when taxes roamed freely, borders allegedly stood open, regulations multiplied after sunset, and perhaps even the rivers had suspiciously liberal tendencies.

Trumpius Caesar stood beneath the blazing western sky and surveyed his achievements.

Factories.

Walls.

Taxes.

Water.

Charts.

Everything magnificent.

Everything historic.

Everything Trumpius.

And somewhere deep inside the Grand Canyon came an echo:

“Tremendous… tremendous… tremendous…”

The Emperor smiled.

At last, a political audience with the correct level of agreement.
