History was written once again inside the Golden House of Washingtonia—this time with a royal prescription pad, a ceremonial pair of scissors, and a drug price tag that cut itself in half the moment it saw the Emperor approaching.

Donaldus Trumpius Maximus, First Pharmacist of the Empire, Conqueror of Copayments, and Supreme Guardian of the Imperial Medicine Cabinet, announced that every Medicaid province in America shall now receive the blessings of his glorious Most Favored Nation drug prices.

No governor, senator, pharmacist, or forgotten waiting room shall remain untouched by the healing glow of Trumpian affordability.

For decades, according to the Imperial Ministry of Historical Self-Congratulation, lesser presidents promised to lower prescription drug prices. They gave speeches, formed committees, commissioned reports, and produced binders so heavy they could at least be used for physical therapy.

But only Trumpius delivered.

Prescription prices have now fallen so sharply that the palace briefly considered issuing them tiny golden parachutes. According to imperial statistics, prices dropped faster than the approval rating of a court official who accidentally disagreed with Caesar. Even the ancient spirit of 1963 reportedly emerged from the National Archives, nodded respectfully, and returned to its filing cabinet.

The Pharma Barons Kneel Before the Golden Prescription Pad

Twenty-six mighty pharma barons, whose treasure vaults had long expanded more reliably than the lines at American pharmacies, have now submitted to the will of Trumpius.

Together, these medicinal merchant princes control nearly the entire branded drug market—a mysterious kingdom where a single pill is sometimes priced as though Michelangelo personally carved it from a diamond while riding a bald eagle.

Trumpius issued his decree: Americans shall no longer pay more than the citizens of comparable developed kingdoms.

Under Most Favored Nation pricing, the Empire Americanum will receive prices matching the lowest rates paid abroad. The official name sounds highly diplomatic. The practical Trumpius translation is simpler:

“If another country gets it cheaper, America gets it cheaper too—and much more magnificently.”

The pharma barons have promised enormous savings. The numbers are so immense that ordinary calculators become emotional, request early retirement, and quietly roll off the Resolute Desk.

Every Medicaid Province Joins the Imperial Pill Pact

All fifty state provinces, the Districtus Columbiae, and the sunny territory of Puerto Ricum have entered the Great Imperial Medicaid Pill Pact.

This means lower medicine costs for low-income families, children, seniors, and Americans with disabilities—the very people who traditionally discover that the only thing more complicated than a prescription label is the invoice attached to it.

Taxpayers are also expected to benefit. Within the Empire, taxpayers are generally the citizens who finance every political banquet while being seated near the kitchen door. This time, the Golden House promises, they may finally receive more than a cold bread roll and a grateful press release.

TrumpiusRX: The Imperial Marketplace of Medicine

Caesar is especially proud of TrumpiusRX, his magnificent digital bazaar of discounted medication.

The platform now covers more than a thousand branded and generic drugs, presumably arranged alphabetically somewhere between “Asthma,” “Cholesterol,” and “Victory Over Foreign Pharmaceutical Oppression.”

Weight-loss treatments that once required either a royal inheritance or the sale of a small fishing vessel are now available at greatly reduced prices. Insulin, inhalers, fertility drugs, cholesterol treatments, and other costly medicines have also been cut—some so dramatically that pharmacists reportedly checked whether the computer system had malfunctioned.

It had not.

The screen merely displayed the sacred imperial message: PRICE REDUCED BY ORDER OF TRUMPIUS MAXIMUS.

Hundreds of thousands of Medicare elders are already saving money. The Imperial Office of Praise immediately declared this proof that Trumpius understands healthcare, economics, pharmaceutical chemistry, and possibly the human metabolism itself.

Court scholars are now investigating whether he also invented the pancreas.

The Pill Legions Return Home

The Caesar’s plan does not end at the pharmacy counter.

The twenty-six pharma barons have pledged vast investments in American manufacturing and research. Factories and laboratories shall rise across the land, guarded by bald eagles, ribbon-cutting ceremonies, and at least one official wearing a hard hat over perfectly arranged hair.

The Strategic Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients Reserve will also be filled with the essential substances needed to make America’s medicine.

This reserve is essentially a gigantic imperial pantry for pharmaceuticals, ensuring that the nation never discovers too late that its vital pills depend upon a delayed cargo ship, a foreign crisis, or a supplier who has suddenly stopped answering emails.

By strengthening domestic production, Trumpius intends to reduce America’s dependence on foreign supply chains. In the future, every tablet, capsule, inhaler, and perhaps even every microscopic instruction printed on a package insert shall be produced beneath the watchful eyes of the imperial eagle.

And so the Golden House announces another historic victory.

Prices are falling. Factories are returning. The medicine vaults are filling. The taxpayers are saving. The pharma barons are bowing.

At the center of it all stands Trumpius Caesar before a mountain of affordable prescription boxes, holding a golden bottle in one hand and pointing toward destiny with the other.

Behind him, the imperial pharmacist prepares the nation’s next prescription:

Trumpius Maximus—take three times daily, preferably in front of television cameras.
