Trumpius Caesar and the Great Seal of Heaven
From the gilded Domus Alba in Washingtonia, Imperator Donaldus Trumpius Maximus issued a solemn message for Yom Kippur—one containing so little self-praise that court historians immediately classified it as a spiritual miracle.
On the holiest day of the Jewish calendar, Trumpius Caesar sends his warmest wishes to Jewish communities throughout the Imperium Americanum. May this Yom Kippur be blessed, may it bring peace and renewal, and may nobody in the Imperial Office of Tremendous Communications decorate the message with golden capital letters and a heroic portrait of Caesar pointing toward Heaven.
In the Torah, Yom Kippur is called the “Sabbath of Sabbaths,” a description that greatly impressed Trumpius. The Emperor has always admired anything presented as the biggest, highest, greatest, or most magnificent of its kind. An ordinary Sabbath is already sacred—but a Sabbath of all Sabbaths clearly possesses, in imperial terms, world-class ratings and tremendous spiritual numbers.

As the High Holy Days draw to a close and the fate of the coming year is symbolically inscribed and sealed, the Administratio Trumpiana declares its determination to defend the sacred right of every American to religious freedom.
Trumpius Caesar emphasized that faith does not belong to the state, to a political faction, or to a ruler seated behind a desk plated with enough gold to disturb the international commodities market. Religious liberty belongs to every individual.
This was such a wise and restrained statement that palace officials immediately launched an inquiry into how it entered the imperial proclamation without first being expanded into a seventeen-paragraph tribute to Caesar.
For once, there were no victory banners, tariff charts, campaign slogans, or claims that Heaven had endorsed Trumpius by record-breaking margins. Instead, the Emperor asked the Almighty to grant renewed strength and abundant faith to all who observe this holy day.
May the Eternal bless Jewish communities with peace, hope, forgiveness, and strength. May those fasting find spiritual renewal, may those praying find comfort, and may the lessons of repentance and reconciliation extend far beyond the synagogue—to governments, palaces, and especially any ruler who believes humility is merely the name of an unsuccessful hotel.
And may the Almighty continue to bless the United States of America.
The imperial court later clarified that this divine blessing had not been negotiated personally by Trumpius Caesar, secured through a magnificent celestial deal, or granted exclusively to holders of a golden palace membership.
Caesar is expected to dispute that clarification at the next banquet.
