Whenever Trumpius Caesar enters the Grand Marble Forum of Washingtonium Maximus, nobody asks whether something historic is about to happen. The only remaining question is how many eagles, banners, and oversized proclamations will be involved.

This time, the Imperial Court gathered envoys from every corner of the civilized world for what was described as the largest international campaign ever assembled against the elusive forces of Lefticus Radicalus Terroricus.

According to the Imperial announcement, these mysterious legions have allegedly perfected the ancient Roman arts of traveling across continents, exchanging encrypted scrolls, maintaining secret villas, coordinating propaganda, and funding one another through hidden treasure networks that somehow always seem to involve someone else's money.

Standing proudly beside the Emperor was Rubius Diplomaticus Maximus, Imperial Minister of Foreign Scrolls.

Rubius informed the assembled Senate that for years the Empire had suffered from what he dramatically described as an enormous blind spot. Everyone had supposedly watched one direction while Lefticus Radicalus quietly built an underground republic of activists, encrypted messengers, and suspiciously organized travelers.

Listening to the speech, one might imagine an international travel agency called Antifa Airways, offering discounted chariot rides, complimentary revolutionary pamphlets, and bonus loyalty points redeemable for smoke bombs.

Trumpius Caesar nodded solemnly.

He has always appreciated a good conspiracy map—especially one requiring several additional walls, three new committees, and a dozen emergency press conferences.

The spotlight then shifted toward the Imperial Treasury.

Financius Bessentius Maximus, Keeper of Every Golden Coin Ever Minted, marched forward carrying tax scrolls thick enough to stop a catapult.

With the confidence of a man who audits birthday gifts, Bessentius announced that charitable organizations, nonprofit treasuries, and tax-exempt institutions would receive far greater scrutiny.

After all, who knows what dangers may hide behind a soup kitchen?

Today's community bake sale could secretly become tomorrow's international headquarters for revolutionary bread distribution.

That innocent pigeon rescue society?

Possibly an elaborate communications network.

A neighborhood flea market?

Clearly an underground operation selling pre-owned sandals to dangerous political philosophers.

Within the Empire of Trumpius Caesar, every donation box apparently deserves at least three accountants and one suspicious eagle.

The audience applauded enthusiastically.

Nothing excites Romans quite like counting someone else's gold.

Next came Stephanius Millerius Vigilantis, Supreme Guardian of the Imperial Homeland.

With the intensity of a centurion who voluntarily schedules extra marching drills before sunrise, he reminded everyone that civilization must never hesitate.

According to Millerius, whenever accused troublemakers suddenly invoke liberty, rights, or constitutional protections, the Empire should remain completely unmoved.

Across the chamber, Paragraphius Interpretatius, Imperial Master of Legal Scrolls, quietly reached for an extra shelf.

He sensed another thousand pages of legal commentary approaching at full speed.

Meanwhile, Thomasius Featherquillus Maximus, Official Court Historian, struggled heroically to keep pace with the Emperor's declarations.

Halfway through the ceremony, his scroll had become so long that junior scribes were assigned solely to carry the remaining parchment behind him.

Finally, Trumpius Caesar rose from his golden throne.

With one dramatic gesture that undoubtedly required months of rehearsal, he proclaimed the beginning of a worldwide Imperial Alliance.

Foreign kingdoms would coordinate investigations.

Treasure routes would be traced.

Safe houses would be uncovered.

Encrypted scrolls would be intercepted.

Financial pipelines would be examined.

Committees would establish additional committees whose primary responsibility would be supervising the original committees.

Somewhere in the palace, Cairncrossius Digitalis, Imperial Prefect of Electronic Scrolls, immediately ordered twelve cyber legions to inspect every glowing tablet in the Empire.

Nearby, Mullinius Defensor, Guardian of the Inner Walls, quietly added several more gates, checkpoints, and decorative eagles—just to be safe.

As imperial musicians performed Ave Dealus Maximus beneath fluttering golden banners, the ceremony concluded exactly as all great Trumpian announcements inevitably do:

With enough confidence to conquer continents...

Enough marble to build another Senate...

Enough gold to blind the sun...

And enough grand declarations to make even Julius Caesar pause briefly before asking,

"Perhaps... just perhaps... that's a rather large press conference."

Because within the magnificent Empire of Trumpius Caesar, every announcement arrives as though civilization itself has reached another glorious turning point—even when the first troops marching into battle are accountants, lawyers, and press secretaries armed with clipboards instead of swords.
